As a member of the Headliners Committee, I collaborated with a team of designers to develop a new theme, brand, and visual identity each year. I created digital content for Instagram (7,300+ followers with individual posts reaching over 109k views) and designed physical products including posters, apparel, buttons, keychains, pamphlets, yard signs, and logos. Through strategic design and collaboration with internal departments and external partners, our team helped drive a 222% increase in post views, a 576% increase in reach from non-followers, and over 1.6 million views in a 90-day period—all while consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
